A guided sales & pricing web application

Led end-to-end design of a sales and pricing web application that contributed to a projected $200M+ revenue opportunity through AI-assisted decision support and a guided, bias-reducing series of questions that determine deal structure and pricing.

Due to the nature of this work, I'm unable to share visuals publicly — happy to walk through it live.

Problem

Structuring and pricing a deal has too many variables for non-experts to navigate confidently — leading to bias and inconsistent pricing.

Approach

Led end-to-end design of a guided, TurboTax-style web app — objective Q&A that removes the guesswork and outputs market-relevant pricing.

Impact

Projected $200M+ revenue opportunity; currently in development and pilot with users.

Background

Inspired by TurboTax's simplicity, this application replaces guesswork with a guided series of objective questions — the app handles the complex calculations and returns competitive, market-relevant pricing and delivery options.

What I created

I mapped the user journey, built wireframes, and designed an interactive Figma prototype covering the full sales process as a web application.

  • Iterated with Sales & Pricing leadership through multiple rounds to shape the vision
  • Turned a leadership concept into a tangible, testable design
  • Currently being developed and piloted with users

Value add

  • Reduction of user bias and error
  • Improved data accuracy using a modular data structure that can further enhance pricing models in the future
  • Reduced costs associated with hands-on deal support
  • Increased confidence in pricing accuracy
  • A streamlined process to create and price a deal, with simple, straightforward UX/UI that builds agency for newer and more junior sales team members
