Howdy!
I'm Natalie, a product designer based in Austin who loves making complicated things feel easy.
My work
Visa — Acceptance Platform
Leading end-to-end product design for the reimagining and consolidation of a global B2B payment platform — rebuilding the information architecture, navigation, and shared application experience across complex merchant and enterprise workflows.
Alongside the design work, I'm building the AI tooling that helps the team design and ship faster — writing skills that teach AI to understand our design system, and packaging that system into an npm design library I built and distribute to PMs and designers, so they can prototype and validate ideas on their own, compatible with AI prototyping tools. I'm also using Claude Code to design and maintain a dev-friendly reference file for handoff, cutting design-to-dev time as the platform scales. It's all come together in two sprints — a 20-day proof of concept followed by an accelerating build, a fast pace for an organization the size of Visa.
In progressVisa — Merchant Application Redesign
Redesigning a merchant application experience to improve completion rate and users' confidence in answering correctly, with conditional logic and a modernized interface — built to scale as an embeddable component for Visa's partners.
In progressDom's Kitchen & Market App Redesign
Redesigned the coffee ordering mobile app for Dom's Kitchen and Market, focused on speed, simplicity, and personalization.

Currently, I am working at Visa as an Experience Designer on the Acceptance Solutions portfolio, modernizing the shared application framework of Visa's global payment platform for merchants and enterprise customers. I'm also helping shape how our team designs with AI — evaluating tools, building AI-compatible design systems, and establishing workflows that help designers build more efficiently at scale.
Before Visa, I spent four years at Accenture designing enterprise web and mobile products. There I translated complex, technical systems into workflows that are intuitive, well-crafted, and grounded in real user and business needs.
Outside of work, you might find me honing my interior design and landscaping chops, surfing it up on the lake, practicing yoga, volunteering with The Junior League, and cheering on the Auburn tigers!
